Taft-Hartley/Multi-Employer Software : TRUSTpartner
TBT’s multi-employer benefits administration products, collectively called TRUSTpartner, are used by self-administered Taft-Hartley trust funds and third-party administrators. TBT’s software is offered as hosted or licensed solutions. Hosted solutions are run out of TBT’s secure, co-location facilities in Southern California and Arizona. The administrator only supplies the user desktop devices, printers, and a connection to the internet. If you prefer, you may also purchase a license so that TRUSTpartner can run in-house as an intranet solution. TBT also offers a hybrid solution, in which a license is purchased but the applications are hosted by TBT.
Design Objectives
User Community
- Eliminate handling of same data multiple times
- Reduce or eliminate dependencies on ad-hoc applications (e.g., spreadsheets, MS Access, etc.) outside of TRUSTpartner
- Drive certain staff assignments through work queues
- Implement point-and-click, easy-to-use user interface (UI)
- Reduce dependencies on administrative, subject matter experts
- Provide the capability to selected administrative staff to easily create and assign individual user roles and levels of security for various benefits administration functions
- Reduce the need to print/deliver paper documents and/or email electronic versions of these documents to various constituents. Instead, enable the administrator to subscribe constituents to some/all system-generated reports and extracts. When the report is generated, it automatically appears in the constituent’s reports queue.
