  • Our Vision

    TBT’s vision was to architect, and then host, a world-class, rich internet application for self-administered Taft-Hartley trust funds and third-party administrators. This vision is achieved in TRUSTpartner, a product that is certain to distinguish TBT from its competitors. An important outcome of TBT’s development effort was a robust, equivalent user experience for large- and small-scale administrative organizations. This goal was met by offering the traditional option to clients who wish to license our Taft-Hartley benefits administration system and self-host. However, TBT also offers affordable, scalable Software-as-a-Service solutions that are accessible via the internet. Internet technology delivers an important benefit to smaller fund offices by eliminating their need to purchase and then take on the responsibility of maintaining a complex and costly in-house technology platform.

About TBT

For more than thirty-five years, TBT has offered a variety of development, implementation and support services that complement its Taft-Hartley software products.  These services include hardware and network installation and support, product installation and training, product customization, data conversions, and post-installation support

TBT’s products can be licensed for an “in-house” operation, priced by the number of concurrent users, or are available as a “Software-as-a-Service” (SaaS) solution. This latter alternative is priced on a “per member per month” or fixed subscription basis and has become a popular alternative for many administrators.
