Business Analyst
Two or more years as a business analyst in the Taft-Hartley (multi-employer) trust fund market, preferably with enrollment, COBRA, and hour bank eligibility experience. Will work directly with TBT clients, gathering user requirements that will be documented in Functional Design Documents. Excellent verbal and written skills are required.
SaaS Operations Manager
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of TBT’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, ensuring the SaaS tools are functioning well and align with the Company’s strategic goals. At least two years’ experience managing the SaaS framework and practices, such as client requests and issues, the colocation operating environment, and continuous client accessibility to SaaS applications software. Manages all aspects of the co-location facility that includes the SaaS applications and related third-party software, servers, and telecommunications equipment. Must be well-0rganized and have excellent oral and written communications skills.
Software & Services Manager
Three or more years managing the development and delivery of software applications. Experience in the Taft-Hartley (multi-employer) trust fund market is a plus. The manager oversees activities related to the analysis, design, programming, documentation, and testing of all SaaS applications. Works closely with Product Management and Quality assurance teams to develop product development schedules, and special and scheduled software releases. Creates software development and delivery project plans, assigns resources, and monitors the deployment schedule to ensure timely delivery of client commitments. Must be well-organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Software Release Administrator
Responsible for tracking new and revised software that will be bundled into a new release of TBT’s software applications. The administrator will ensure that each software request has been successfully unit tested by the developer, will perform Q/A testing, and ensure the accuracy of the user documentation. The administrator will also create and publish the software release notes. Applicant must have at least two years experience in this role. Must be well-organized and have excellent oral and written communciation skills.
Infrastructure Support Technician
The Infrastructure Support Technician performs a variety of tasks that help ensure the SaaS software applications are continuously available to the Company’s clients. Will perform backups and third-party software upgrades on servers housed in TBT’s co-location facilities. In addition, is responsible for the Company’s internal network, work environment (e.g., desktop PCs and third-party products, various devices such as copiers, printers, telephone system, etc.), backups and security. Must have at least three years’ experience in similar positions.
