Participant Portal Update
A recent participant portal enhancement now enables members to submit pension applications and related documentation via their smartphones, PCs, and tablets.
Employer Portal Update
A new user interface (UI) has been implemented for TBT’s Employer Portal. Along with the new UI, new functionality has also been deployed. Employers are able to submit proprietary census files to the administrator, containing employee information such as names, addresses, work assignments, birthdates, and more. Employers can also submit certain employee information via an Employer Portal demographics page. Once the data has been transmitted to the administrator, it will appear in a Census/Demographics queue, allowing the administrator to review, accept, and reject transactions before they’re applied to the production database.
