BUSINESS ANALYSIS
During or subsequent to the initial onboarding process, business analysts are available to document a client’s unique or new business processing requirements that call for new TRUSTpartner windows or changes to existing windows, and/or changes to existing reports/extracts or new reports/extracts. Once the requirements have been documented in a Functional Design Document (FDD) and approved by the client, the FDD is given to TBT’s product development team where it becomes the basis for technical design, programming, testing and deployment.
DATA CONVERSION
During the onboarding of a new client, TBT SaaS support resources are available to analyze incoming data and then map it to the TRUSTpartner database tables. Depending on the scope of the conversion effort, a TBT team assigned to the project will be comprised of any combination of the following experienced resources: business analyst, programmer/analyst, database administrator, and project manager.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Depending on the scope and complexity of the client’s business requirements, the development effort will be assigned to one or more development resources. If a technical design is required, the requirements will be documented in a Technical Design Document (TDD) that is then assigned to a development team. The resulting work product is integrated with the existing TRUSTpartner applications, ensuring that all changes and enhancements are contained in a single version of the product—not “custom” versions that must be maintained separately for each client.
DISASTER RECOVERY (DR) SERVICES
In collaboration with the client, TBT will document a customer disaster recovery (DR) plan that meets the client’s unique requirements. A basic DR plan may simply specify that each evening, a copy of the current day’s PRODUCTION data be copied to a backup server in another location and available for use the next day. A comprehensive DR Plan may require that the backup be automatically copied to a separate server each night, that a backup remote office be equipped with the PCs, printers, telephones, and office supplies for some number of employees, and that DR drills be conducted periodically. Costs for custom Disaster Recovery services are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
