Software improvement requests will be routed to our production development team. A business analyst will contact you so that your full requirements can be documented. Be prepared to provide the following information if you’re reporting a problem with TRUSTpartner, the participant portal, or the employer portal: a description of the problem, its production severity level (low, medium, high or urgent), and a clip of the window(s) or report(s) that illustrates the problem.
